McCoy Lim founded Hawkeye in 2016. Before that, he spent ten years as a senior officer running protection for ministerial visits, regional VIPs and private events.
He started the firm to hire fewer officers and train them better. Today Hawkeye runs five services: event security, uniformed officers, CCTV surveillance, close protection and private investigation. All five follow the same procedures, are run from one command centre and answer to one director.
Every job works the same way. A senior officer is in charge. A written plan is signed off before the first shift. We hold a debrief within 48 hours of the job ending. You always know who is responsible.
We hold a security agency licence under the Singapore Police Force's PRD. We are certified bizSAFE Level 4 and a member of the Association of Certified Security Agencies (ACSA).
Every officer reports to one command centre.
Our command centre supervises guarding, access control and incident response at every site, 24 hours a day. The work is not passed between subcontractors.
