Hawkeye was founded in 2015 by McCoy Lim, a senior officer who had spent the previous decade running protection details for ministerial visits, regional VIPs, and events where the host's name is on the invitation but never in the press.

Hawkeye runs five service lines (event security, uniformed deployment, CCTV surveillance, close protection, and private investigation) under a single operations standard, dispatched from one command, accountable to one director.
Every line runs the same way: a senior officer accountable for the engagement, a written operations plan signed off before the first shift, and a debrief inside 48 hours of close. The client always knows whose name is on the job.
We are licensed under the Singapore Police Force's PRD framework, certified under bizSAFE Level 4 and ISO 9001, graded Gold by NSMARK, and a member of the Association of Certified Security Agencies (ACSA). The accreditations matter. The work in front of them matters more.
