Recognition
A thank-you letter from the Singapore Police Force.
ReferenceLetter of Appreciation, dated 12/02/2026. Bukit Merah East Neighbourhood Police Centre. Subject: counterfeit Police warrant card detection.
On 12/02/2026, a man presented a Singapore Police warrant card at the door of Mondrian Singapore Duxton. The card was counterfeit. A Hawkeye officer caught it, the man was held, and the SPF were called to the scene.
Our officer stopped the man at the door and reported it. When SPF officers arrived, our team helped them on scene. Bukit Merah East Neighbourhood Police Centre then sent us a formal Letter of Appreciation.
Few security agencies receive one. Our officers are trained to check every door this carefully, on every shift.
The vigilance and quick action of your officers reflects the highest standards of the security industry, and demonstrates the meaningful partnership between the Singapore Police Force and licensed security agencies.

SCDF CFR Award, 2026
Second recognition
Our officer tackled a chute fire before SCDF arrived.
On 05/07/2026 a fire started in the Individual Refuse Collection System chute at Block 422 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4. Fairuz Bin Abdul Latip, a Hawkeye officer and a registered Community First Responder, tackled it before the SCDF fire engines arrived.
The 4th SCDF Division gave him its Community First Responder Award at divisional headquarters. The award is his, not the company's, so we name him here.
We would like to commend Mr Fairuz, a registered CFR for his gallant effort.
